煎蠔餅食譜:
生蠔16安士(473毫升)
清洗生蠔:
鹽1湯匙
粟粉1湯匙

汆水:
適量薑
紹興酒1湯匙

做薑汁酒:
薑蓉1茶匙
紹興酒1/2湯匙

醃生蠔:
薑汁酒1/2湯匙
適量鹽
適量胡椒粉
粟粉1/2湯匙
粟粉半湯匙

雞蛋3隻
魚露1/2湯匙
適量胡椒粉
適量葱
適量莞茜

Oyster omelet recipe:
16 oz(473ml) oyster
Wash oyster:
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Blanch :
Some ginger
1 Tbsp cooking wine

Make garlic wine:
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 Tbsp cooking wine

Marinade oyster:
1/2 Tbsp
ginger wine
Some salt
Some white pepper
1/2 Tbsp cornstarch

3 eggs
1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
Some white pepper
Some shallot
Some cilantro
